Friends & Family Tea brings you loose leaf herbal blends that are high quality, support well-being, and most importantly, taste delicious. Our network of friends and family include some amazing herbalists, and we collaborate with them to feature sustainably wildcrafted or locally farmed herbs whenever possible. Blends are formulated with herbs that have been used for centuries by many peoples of the Earth to make life a little easier. We hope you enjoy!

Brewing tips:

We like to preserve freshness, flavor and potency in our teas by leaving leaves and flowers in a more whole form, and they benefit from a longer steep to extract flavor well.  We recommend steeping in a larger, roomier vessel (like a teapot or mason jar), so there's room for the magic of good extraction to occur. After the herbs have been steeping for 10-30 mins, pour your steeped tea through a tea strainer or a sieve into your mug, and cuddle up with your cup of liquid comfort!
